Welcome to Traitly. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using the Traitly app. By using Traitly, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Using Traitly
Traitly is a personality assessment app designed to help you learn more about yourself through the Big Five (OCEAN) personality framework. You may use the app for personal use and self-reflection.
2. Traitly Is Not a Medical Tool
The results and insights provided by Traitly are intended for informational and self-reflection purposes. Traitly is not a medical, psychological, or diagnostic tool, and it is not a substitute for professional advice. Personality results should not be used as the sole basis for important decisions about your health, career, relationships, or personal life.
3. Personality Results
Your Traitly results are based on the answers you provide during the assessment. They represent an interpretation based on the methods and questions used by Traitly and do not describe every aspect of your personality. Your results may differ if you take the assessment again and provide different answers.
4. Fair Use
Please use Traitly responsibly and for its intended purposes. You may not attempt to damage, disrupt, modify, or reverse engineer the app, its systems, or its content, or use Traitly for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your Content and Results
You may use and share the personality results and cards generated by Traitly for personal purposes. If you share your results through another app or platform, you are responsible for the content you share and who you choose to share it with.
6. Offline Use
Traitly is designed to process personality assessments locally on your device. The core features of the app do not require an account or server-side storage of your personality results. Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for keeping your device and locally stored data secure.
7. App Availability
We do our best to keep Traitly working properly, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
8. Disclaimer
Traitly is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and self-reflection purposes. While we strive to provide useful results and insights, we do not guarantee that any assessment result or recommendation will always be accurate or applicable to your individual circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Traitly is not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on the assessment results, insights, or information provided by the app.

We may update these terms when there are changes to the Traitly app or its features. Any changes will be reflected on this page, along with the updated date.
